The Human Resources Department at AJA performs a weekly review of position(s) needed across all programs. The following are positions currently open to the public:

Youth Care Worker - Shift(s) Available: Pool status (work on an as needed basis) The Youth Care Worker is responsible for the day-to-day care and responsibility and supervision of residents provide for the comfort, nurturance, guidance and welfare of AJA Enterprise, LLC residents and facilitate effective treatment in a safe, secure and consistent environment. The Youth Care Worker works under the regular supervision of the Program Director.

·         Must satisfy one of the following requirements: High School diploma and at least one-year experience working in a program with high-risk youth; A bachelor or associate degree related to field; or certification as a child and youth care worker preferred.

·         Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License with good driving record is REQUIRED

·         Required to complete a minimum of 24 hours of relevant training per year
